Bold and Tangy BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 8 softened pitted dates 5 if Medjool dates
- 1 can tomato paste 6oz
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp liquid aminos or salt to taste optional
- 1/2 tsp red pepper optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Make about 1 pint
- Store in refrigerator.
