I have had an amazing transformation in my life by switching to a whole food plant-based diet. Eating this way has taken me from a hopeless addict that was over 400 pounds and almost immobile to a thriving, happy, and healthy athlete. My favorite part of this journey is that I have the privilege to help other people realize that this transformation is out there for anyone willing to take their health back. Change is a decision, nothing more. I have never had an interest in writing recipes or teaching cooking classes but I am realizing that is exactly what people need to get started with their own journeys. I am writing these specifically to help people have easy recipes as they transition to a healthy plant-based lifestyle. It’s also perfect for anyone, who doesn’t necessarily enjoy cooking as these recipes are easy to follow, super easy to prepare and they don’t require hard-to-find ingredients. Every recipe in this cookbook is delicious and that’s saying a lot, there are NO throwaway recipes in THIS cookbook! This is a first for me, as I’ve been collecting cookbooks for 30 years! These recipes are great for beginners, new to the kitchen, or those who have been cooking for years! What’s also great about this cookbook, is even though every recipe turns out perfect and delicious, it also follows the strict guidelines of a NOWFPB Diet! I wish I knew about this book when I was just starting to learn how to prepare healthy meals, which was when I started on my No Oil Whole Food Plant-Based Journey, regardless, I’m just so glad I found it!
