
Sunflower Blueberry Vinaigrette
Quick and easy and this flavor is out of this world even if you are not a fan of vinaigrettes

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberry fresh or frozen
- 1 cup water
- 4 dates softened and pitted
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days
