Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup uncooked: cook per package instructions)
- ½ lb frozen corn
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp blck pepper
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup oat flour ground oats
- ½ cup water
- dash red pepper optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the cooked quinoa, corn, onion, spices, nutritional yeast, and liquid aminos and mix throughly .
- Add the oat flour to the mixture and mix. Add the water slowly as you mix. The mixture should be sticky and dough-like. You may need to adjust water to get the proper consistency. The mixture should be easy to make a ball and hold it's shape
- Using wet hands, patty the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in a pre-heated oven at 425℉ for 30 minutes or until they crust up on the outside.
