Sunflower Blueberry Vinaigrette

Quick and easy and this flavor is out of this world even if you are not a fan of vinaigrettes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup frozen blueberry fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 dates softened and pitted
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days
