Shake -n- Bake French ‘Fries’

If you love french fries but don't want the unnecessary oil then your will love these!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium to large potatoes I’ll be using red
  • 1 gallon Ziplock bag or a container with a strong seal
  • Your favorite spices:
  • Here are some of our favorite combos:
  • ·1 Tbsp dill weed,1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp sea salt
  • ·1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp red pepper, ½ tsp sea salt
  • ·1 Tbsp nutritional yeast,1 Tbsp onion powder, ½ tsp sea salt, ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into fry shaped strips no wider than ½ inch. (You can also cube them) Put cut fries into a gallon bag and add your favorite spices. When closing the bag try to trap some air into it before sealing. Shake the bag to coat all the fries. Place on a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. (Silicone will work as well) Bake at 425˚F for 30-40 minutes or until crispy.
